针对壁厚为0.01mm~0.1mm的超薄壁金属圆筒成形加工的要求,研制了一台有微机控制功能的精密成形试验机,使冲头与凹模在加工过程中的对中精度达到1μm。利用这台试验机,对初始壁厚为0.3mm的黄铜和纯铝筒进行了一系列变薄拉延加工试验,加工出内径为15mm,壁厚为0.015mm~0.08mm,长度为30mm的一系列超薄壁金属圆筒,黄铜筒的壁厚达到0.015mm。初步检测表明,成形后的超薄壁筒壁厚偏差小于2μm,内径尺寸精度与冲头的加工精度相同,表面粗糙度R_a为0.057μm。
