生产上有时为了贮放果蔬的进出方便和其它实际情况(如没有足够冷库贮藏室),常在同一个贮藏室放置不同种类水果和蔬菜。然而,在同一温度下贮放不同果蔬往往不会有多大好处。主要问题是不同种类果蔬的风味污染。另外,不同的果蔬对贮藏温度和湿度要求也不一样。在实际应用中,我们认为如果仅仅是短期的贮放(几天至一个星期,最长不应超过二个星期),混藏一般可以接受。
In production, sometimes it is convenient to store fruits and vegetables and other practical situations (for example, there is not enough freezer storage room), and different kinds of fruits and vegetables are often placed in the same storage room. However, it is often not beneficial to store different fruits and vegetables at the same temperature. The main problem is the flavor pollution of different types of fruits and vegetables. In addition, different fruits and vegetables on the storage temperature and humidity requirements are not the same. In practice, we think that if only short-term storage (a few days to a week, the longest should not exceed two weeks), mixed reservoir generally acceptable.
