1.TiAIN 涂层刀具第16届日本国际机床博览会上展出了采用此种涂层的立铣刀。涂层为暗紫包,涂层厚度约2~4μm,商品名为BALINIT-H。这种涂层可用于高速钢刀具,也可用于硬质合金刀具。TiAIN 涂层高速钢刀具可用于铸铁、铸铝的切削加工,主要特点是在高温条件下,刀具基体材料的硬度不会下降。TiAIN 涂层硬质合金刀具(车刀、钻头、立铣刀等)切削性能十分理想,主要特点是,在高温条件下,热传导率低,刀具在热负荷较大的情况下,仍能正常切削。2.TiCN 涂层立铣刀这种刀具的特点是,后面磨损比 TiN 涂层小,切削非常稳定。涂层厚度1~4μm,涂层硬度为 HV3000,摩擦系数约为0.3。TiCN 涂层立铣刀可用于抗拉强度达900N/mm~2以上的钢种的切削加工,对于加工硬化严重的不锈钢等材料,切削效果也很好。TiCN 涂层除用于切削工具外,还可用于冷轧成形的模具,经 TiCN 涂层处理的模具,硬度和强度明显提高,使用寿命大幅度延长。
