目的了解孕期妇女体内苯并(a)芘暴露水平,探讨苯并(a)芘暴露的影响因素。方法 2012年7至12月,选择我国北方某妇幼保健院住院分娩孕妇205名,收集孕妇产前外周静脉血,利用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定血清苯并(a)芘(BaP)水平,并对可能影响因素进行问卷调查。结果孕妇血清BaP检出率为47.3%(97/205),中位数为0.035ng/ml。截取回归分析显示家庭住宅离交通主干道比较近的孕妇血清BaP含量较高(P<0.05)。结论本次调查的孕期妇女体内有一定的BaP负荷,血清BaP水平较高可能与居住地室外空气污染有关。
Objective To understand the level of benzo (a) pyrene exposure in pregnant women and to explore the influencing factors of benzo (a) pyrene exposure. Methods From July to December 2012, 205 pregnant women of hospital delivery in a maternity and child care center in northern China were collected. Prenatal peripheral venous blood was collected. The level of serum benzo (a) pyrene (BaP) was measured by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection , And survey the possible influencing factors. Results The positive rate of serum BaP in pregnant women was 47.3% (97/205), the median was 0.035ng / ml. Intercept regression analysis showed that the serum level of BaP in pregnant women whose family residence was relatively close to the traffic artery was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The pregnant women in this survey have a certain BaP load in their body. The higher level of serum BaP may be related to outdoor air pollution in their place of residence.
