目的 :应用跨肾动脉支架人工血管腔内修复术治疗腹主动脉瘤 ,并探讨其手术适应证 ,操作要点及并发症的预防。方法 :采用全麻 ,在动态数字式减影血管造影 (DSA)监测下用跨肾动脉支架分叉型人工血管对腹主动脉瘤进行腔内修复术。结果 :术中数字式减影血管造影提示动脉瘤消失 ,没有内漏存在。术后 1周螺旋 CT检查提示腔内人工血管无移位扭曲 ,血流通畅无内漏发生。结论 :腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术手术创伤小 ,病人恢复快。跨肾动脉支架人工血管具有固定牢靠 ,避免移位及减少内漏发生机会等优点 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the surgical indications, operative points and complications in the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm by means of endovascular stent-graft repair. METHODS: With general anesthesia, endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms was performed with cross-renal artery stent-bifurcated vascular prostheses under dynamic digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Results: Intraoperative digital subtraction angiography showed aneurysm disappeared, there is no internal leakage exists. Spiral CT examination at 1 week after surgery showed no distortions in the intra-articular blood vessels and no internal leakage occurred in the blood flow. Conclusion: Endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm has less trauma and rapid recovery. Trans-renal artery stent with a solid vascular prosthesis, to avoid migration and reduce the chance of occurrence of internal leakage
