本文通过氧化还原体系合成了减水型聚羧酸减水剂、保坍型聚羧酸减水剂和减缩型聚羧酸减水剂母液,并对三种功能型减水剂母液以7:2:1的比例复配,经过考察三种单一功能聚羧酸减水剂和复配后的减水剂水泥净浆流动度、减水率、溶液表面张力、砂浆收缩性能、相容性及强度性能,得出单一功能型聚羧酸减水剂具有性能缺陷,经复配后可起到优势互补的效果,产生协同效应的结论。
In this paper, the reduction of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, slump-type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor were synthesized by redox system, and the three functional superplasticizer mother liquor with 7: 2: 1 ratio of the mixture, after examining the three single-function polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the superplasticizer after the grout fluidity, water reduction, solution surface tension, mortar shrinkage, compatibility and Strength performance, a single functional polycarboxylate superplasticizer with performance defects, after the compound can play a complementary effect, resulting in a synergistic conclusion.
