党的十六大提出了全面实现小康社会关键是要实现工业化 ,并郑重提出了“走新型工业化道路”。作为四川省欠发达地区的达州市要实现追赶跨越 ,就必须实行新型工业化跨越式发展战略。本文以党中央提出的科学发展观为总的指导思想 ,在对达州市实行新型工业化跨越式发展的紧迫性和客观可行性进行深入调研的基础上 ,提出了达州市实行新型工业化跨越式发展的战略目标任务、指导思想及思路 ,重点探讨了实现达州市新型工业化跨越式发展的战略途径。
The 16th CPC National Congress proposed that the key to realizing an overall well-to-do society is to realize industrialization and solemnly proposed “taking a new road to industrialization.” As an underdeveloped region in Sichuan Province, Dazhou City must implement the new type of industrialized development strategy by leaps and bounds. Based on the general guiding ideology of Scientific Outlook on Development put forward by the Party Central Committee and on the basis of an in-depth investigation of the urgency and objective feasibility of implementing the new-type industrialization in Dazhou, this paper proposes that Dazhou should adopt a new type of industrialization by leaps and bounds Strategic objectives and tasks, guiding ideology and thinking, focusing on discussing the realization of Dazhou’s new type of industrialized strategic approach to leaps and bounds.
