为制定密闭环境空气3甲基吲哚(3MI)的最高容许浓度,进行了人体气味试验,并采用肺组织过氧化物丙二醛、脾细胞数和脾重量等指标,对雄性大鼠进行了急性和亚急性毒性参数的测定。结果为大鼠口服半数致死量为1830mg/kg,急性阈剂量小于183mg/kg,亚急性阈剂量为61mg/kg,人体厌恶阈为0.75mg/m3。根据上述结果,结合密闭环境暴露特点和要求,论证外推密闭环境3MI的短期暴露最高容许浓度为0.5mg/m3。
In order to establish the maximum allowable concentration of 3-methylindole (3MI) in closed environment, the human odor test was carried out, and the indicators of lung tissue such as malondialdehyde, spleen cell count and spleen weight were used, Rats were subjected to acute and subacute toxicological parameters.
