随着对企业经营目标的确定,从这些具体的项目目标中能够体现出企业最基本的本质属性,要达到企业的经营目标就必须把握好企业的内部控制目标。就目前的形势而言,企业的内部控制目标是以运营模式为主要关注对象,但却往往忽视了企业在社会市场中所占的位置、环境、要素和除了企业股权相关负责人之外的利益相关人员,特别是员工和消费者对企业经营和产品的基本要求和规范。所以,要加强企业内部控制目标的落实工作,使企业内部控制目标得到准确、有效的定位。本文主要研究分析了企业的本质,对企业的内控目标进行了阐述,意在实现企业行为工作得到标准规范的目的。
