一、前言锰铁含硅标准偏差(记为σ_(si))是衡量锰铁含硅离散程度的统计指标。其值大小是衡量锰铁高炉操作管理水平的高低和经济效益优劣的重要尺度。降低σ_(si),有利于改善锰铁技术经济指标,延长高炉寿命;有利于冶炼低硅锰铁,提高产品质量和经济效益。本文根据我厂锰铁生产情况,着重进行σ_(si)对锰铁质量影响的统计分析。
I. Introduction The standard deviation of ferromanganese silicon (denoted as σ_ (si)) is a statistical indicator that measures the degree of dispersion of silicon in ferromanganese. Its value is a measure of the level of operation and management of ferromanganese blast furnace and economic benefits of an important measure of the pros and cons. Reducing σ_ (si) is beneficial to improve the technical and economic indexes of ferromanganese and prolonging the life of the blast furnace; it is good for smelting low-silicon ferromanganese and improving product quality and economic benefits. Based on the production of ferromanganese in our factory, this paper focuses on the statistical analysis of the influence of σ_ (si) on the quality of ferromanganese.
