胃癌住院患者营养不良发生率较高,其营养风险比例高。对胃癌患者围手术期营养情况的评定和监测十分重要,有助于改善患者临床结局,减少治疗花费。众多营养状况评估工具适用人群各不相同,应推广和应用基于证据的临床营养支持指南以改善临床营养支持存在不合理性状况。
Inpatients with gastric cancer have a higher prevalence of malnutrition and a higher proportion of nutritional risks. Evaluation and monitoring of perioperative nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer is very important and helps to improve the patient’s clinical outcome and reduce the cost of treatment. Numerous nutritional status assessment tools are available for different populations, and evidence-based clinical nutrition support guidelines should be promoted and applied to improve the irrational status of clinical nutrition support.
