有关出版业“造大船”,走集约化、集团化发展道路的论述已经很多了。但如何客观地认识这一出版现象,如何按照现代企业制度的要求,切实解决好出版集团的合理组建与规范运作问题,仍是广大出版工作者努力探索和积极实践的时代课题。尤其在地方机构改革全面铺开,出版体制改革进一步深化,出版业整合工程已经全面启动的今天,这一问题更为业内人士所热切关注。本文试图就出版集团组建与运作中的一些突出问题及主要对策作些探讨。
There have been a lot of expositions on the “big ship” in the publishing industry and the intensive and group-based development. However, how to objectively understand this publication phenomenon and how to properly solve the problems of the rational formation and standard operation of publishing groups in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system remains the topic of the times for the majority of publishing workers to strive for exploration and active practice. In particular, when the reform of local authorities is in full swing, the reform of the publishing system is further deepened, and the publishing industry integration project has been fully launched, the issue is even more closely watched by the people in the industry. This article attempts to explore some outstanding issues and major countermeasures in the formation and operation of publishing groups.
