目前,从业人员稀少已成为深圳市传统文化产业发展的瓶颈,本人认为,在现有条件下,建议政府通过牵头指导校企探索创新合作的模式,为深圳市的传统文化产业提供技能人力资源,实现其可持续发展,促进深圳市“文化立市”战略的实施以及和谐社会的建设。以政府牵头指导的校企合作的新模式可通过以下办法实施:
