高职学生健康教育中现场救护培训方法和效果

目的探索用有限的健康教育时间,提高非医学类高职学生健康教育中现场救护培训的效果。方法随机选定2届一年级学生,分别采用传统的教师直观培训考核方法和依据评分标准培训考核方法。结果 2种方法考核的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);采用直观培训考核组,不同教师评定的结果差异较大;而采用评分标准培训考核组,不同教师评定的结果趋于一致。结论依据评分标准培训考核组,培训效果不易受教师主观判定差异或其它外界因素干扰,结果更客观,效果更稳定;由于评分标准细化了考核环节,结果能反映出培训的薄弱点,重点予以改进,其效果优于直观培训考核组。 Objective To explore the effect of on-the-spot rescue training in health education of non-medical vocational students with limited time of health education. Methods The second-year first-year students were randomly selected, using the traditional method of direct assessment of teacher training and the assessment of training methods based on the grading standards. Results The results of the two methods were statistically significant (P <0.01). The results of different teachers ’assessment were significantly different with the intuitive training assessment group. However, the results of different teachers’ evaluation tended to be consistent with the training of assessment group. Conclusion Training evaluation group based on the grading standards, the training effect is not easily subject to teacher subjective judgments or other external factors, the result is more objective, the effect is more stable; as a result of the grading of the assessment criteria, the results can reflect the weaknesses of training, focusing on Improvement, the effect is better than the visual training assessment group.
