一、概述根据设计和教学单位的反映,现行规范中钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土受弯构件的变形计算,比以往的计算公式合理和实用。但也普遍希望新修订的规范除在正文中仍保留钢筋混凝土构件刚度的一般计算公式外,能给出简化的刚度计算公式,并扩大允许开裂的预应力混凝土构件刚度公式的适用范围。二、受弯构件刚度计算的建议方案 1.在使用阶段受拉区出现裂缝的矩形、T形、倒T形和工字形截面的钢筋混凝土受弯构件,其短期荷载作用下的刚度B_d按下列公式计算:
