目的:建立柴藿颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用Diamonsil C18(2)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(46∶54),检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量5μL,柱温30℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.632~3.792μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=3E+06X-481319(r=1,n=6),平均加样回收率101.46%,RSD为2.14%。结论:本法简便快捷、灵敏,结果准确,可用于柴藿颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Chaihuo Particles. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 (2) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid (46:54). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, injection volume 5μL, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The linearity of baicalin in the range of 0.632 ~ 3.792μg was good. The regression equation was Y = 3E + 06X-481319 (r = 1, n = 6) with the average recovery of 101.46% and RSD of 2.14%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of baicalin in Chaihuo particles.
