Our Chang’an Town, Haining City, has actively practiced and explored the experience of village affairs publicity and democratic management and has achieved initial success. It basically formed a good situation of “democratic organization, perfect system, procedure, responsibility and smooth public opinion” at the village level , 16 villages reached the provincial village affairs open and democratic management standardization of village construction standards.
