大港油田公司应用大位移钻井技术在庄海4×1平台共钻成13口水垂比大于2的大位移井,其中造斜井段及大角度稳斜井段采用常规导向控制技术顺利钻达目的层。本文分析了大位移水平井钻井技术难点,通过现场应用大位移水平井井眼轨迹控制技术、PDC钻头钻井技术、稳定器预测最大安全钻压控制技术,并结合现场实践经验得出了采用常规导向技术钻大位移井的可行性结论。
