本文综合报导所查EEG有异常的148例闭合性颅脑外伤后患者的临床与EEG研究结果。其中减速性损伤73例。加速性损伤39例,且有14例CT扫描和57例X线片对照。患者伤后昏迷时间<30min者75例:30min—12h16例,>12h6例,无昏迷17例,不详34例.受伤后EEG检测时间为8h~14年不等。EEG结果:高度异常3例,中例异常18例,轻—中度异常19例,不规则型14例,低幅β型15例,并对脑波的表现特征等做了结果分析。最后对异常EEG的分布与受伤部位和致伤机理,异常EEG与临床的关系,与伤后检测时间的关系以及EEG与CT扫描和X线片的关系进行了讨论,提出了EEG检查的临床意义。
This article reports the clinical and EEG findings of 148 patients with closed head trauma who were examined for abnormal EEG. Among them, 73 cases were decelerative injuries. Acceleration of injury in 39 cases, and 14 cases of CT scan and 57 cases of X-ray film control. 75 patients with coma time <30min after injury: 16 cases of 30min-12h,> 12h6 cases, 17 cases without coma, 34 cases were unknown.The detection time of EEG after injury ranged from 8h to 14 years. EEG results: 3 cases were highly abnormal, 18 cases were abnormal, 19 cases were mild to moderate abnormality, 14 cases were irregular and 15 cases were low-grade β. The results of brain wave performance were also analyzed. Finally, the relationship between the distribution of EEG and the injury site and the mechanism of injury, the relationship between abnormal EEG and clinical, the time after injury and the relationship between EEG and CT scan and X-ray were discussed, and the clinical significance of EEG examination .
