浙江省三门县历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,在青山绿水间散落了大量千姿百态的古村落。近年来,实施旧城改造、新农村建设,有的乡镇片面理解为拆旧建新,很多具有历史、艺术、科学价值的文化村落建筑群及古道,面临着“存之继绝”的危险。现今,三门现存文化村落仅占全县行政村0.3%,可归入古建筑、自然生态、民俗风情等文化古村落越来越少,规划保护迫在眉睫。1.主要做法(1)顶层部署,落实责任建立历史文化村落保护利用领导小组,由县委副书记挂帅,相关职能领导协同,部门领导专项负责,对全县历史文化 Sanmen County, Zhejiang Province has a long history and profound cultural background.
