传统模拟谈判训练方式存在着耗时过长、学生过少、操作重复等局限。本文用实证的方式介绍了一种行之有效的模拟训练形式。该方式通过精编案例,合适地设置情境,不仅使得模拟谈判更具可行性、现实性,而且更具目的性,教师更容易把握和控制,因而教学效果更好。
There are some limitations of traditional simulation negotiation training methods, such as too long time, too few students and repeated operation. In this paper, an effective way to simulate training is introduced in an empirical way. This way through the refined case, the appropriate setting of the situation, not only makes the simulation negotiations more feasible, realistic, but also more purposeful, teachers are easier to grasp and control, and thus teaching better.
