首次从关木通(AristolochiamanshuriensisKom.)的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离出7个苯丙素类化合物,其中两个为8-O-4′新木脂素:1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯基)-2-{2-甲氧基-4-[1-(E)-丙烯-3-醇]-苯氧基}-丙烷-1,3-二醇(赤式)(1),1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯基)-2-{2,6-二甲氧基-4-[1-(E)-丙烯-3-醇]-苯氧基}-丙烷-1,3-二醇(赤式)(2);另外5个为苯丙素甙:6-O-(E)-对羟基桂皮酰基-葡萄糖(3),6-O-(E)-阿魏酰基-葡萄糖(4),6-O-(E)-对羟基桂皮酰基-乙基-葡萄糖甙(5),6-O-(Z)-对羟基桂皮酰基-乙基-葡萄糖甙(6),3-O-(E)-对羟基桂皮酰基-葡萄糖(7).化合物1~7均是首次从马兜铃属植物中得到,其中1,5,6为新的天然产物,并考察了这些化合物清除羟基自由基和DPPH自由基的活性.
For the first time, seven phenylpropanoids were isolated from ethyl acetate extracts of Aristolochia manhuriensis Kom. Two of them were 8-O-4 ’neo-lignans: 1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy Phenyl-2- {2-methoxy-4- [1- (E) -propen-3-ol] -phenoxy} -propane- ), 1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl) -2- {2,6-dimethoxy- 4- [1- (E) -propen-3-ol] } -propane-1,3-diol (erythro) (2); the other five are phenylpropanoid glycosides: 6-0- (E) -hydroxy cinnamoyl-glucose (5), 6-O- (Z) -hydroxy cinnamoyl-ethyl-glucoside (4), 6-O- Glucoside (6), 3-O- (E) -hydroxy cinnamoyl-glucose (7) .Compounds 1-7 were obtained from Aristolochia for the first time, among them 1,5,6 were new natural The products were tested for their ability to scavenge hydroxyl and DPPH free radicals.
