本文作者选择某大学医学中心自1970年9月至1974年12月收治的临床诊断明确,脑脊液细菌培养阳性,以往无神经外科手术史、无免疫状态改变、年龄为1月至15岁的急性流感杆菌脑膜炎及肺炎球菌脑膜炎共30例,进行临床与脑脊液的追踪观察。21例流感杆菌脑膜炎患儿每天接受氨苄青霉素200～400毫克/公斤或氯霉素100毫克/公斤,疗程最少10天。
