用熔融共混法制备了陶瓷颗粒增强无规共聚聚丙烯复合材料,测试了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,陶瓷颗粒/聚丙烯复合材料的磨损量明显降低,继续增加填充量,磨损量变化较小并略有增大,当陶瓷颗粒含量为15%时,磨损量达到最小。复合材料的摩擦因数随着陶瓷颗粒含量的增加而增大。
The ceramic particles reinforced random copolymerization polypropylene composite was prepared by melt blending method, and the friction and wear properties of the composite were tested.
