盐酸胱胺(以下简称胱胺)已被确认对整体、离体照射均有防护作用。我们观察了胱胺对离体正常人血淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响及其辐射防护效果。材料与方法 26例健康人血,以肝素抗凝,用于如下实验:1.不同浓度胱胺(北京化工厂出品,批号650913)对淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响。2.200微克/毫升血胱胺与PHA(广州医药工业研究所出品)对淋巴细胞增殖的协同关系。3.照射前40分钟或照射后立即加入200微克/毫升血胱胺对淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响。实验组的血样加入胱胺及对照组的血样加入等量生理盐水后,置于37℃水浴箱中保温40分钟。在37℃条件下用钴-60γ线照射
Cystamine hydrochloride (hereinafter referred to as cystamine) has been identified on the whole, isolated from radiation have protective effect.
