强劲的工业化、快速的城市化以及农业和生态对水资源的需求越来越大。水资源对我省经济社会发展的制约也呈显现化、长期化趋势。因此采取综合措施,多管齐下,全面提高水资源保障水平应引起我们的高度重视。
Strong industrialization, rapid urbanization and growing demand for water resources from agriculture and ecology. The constraints of water resources on the economic and social development of our province are also showing the trend of the long-term. Therefore, adopting comprehensive measures and taking a multi-pronged approach and comprehensively raising the level of water resources protection should arouse our attention.
