目的 :建立盐酸洛美利嗪片剂的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为Lichro spherRP1 8柱。流动相为乙腈 水 (含 0 .2 %三乙胺 ,磷酸调pH至 6 .5 ) (70∶30 )。流速为 1.0mL·min- 1 ,检测波长为2 2 0nm。结果 :片剂分析测定无干扰 ,盐酸洛美利嗪在 2 .14 8~ 5 3.70 μg·mL- 1 范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.98% (n =9) ,重复性试验的相对标准偏差为 0 .35 % (n =6 )。结论 :此法专属性强 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于片剂和胶囊剂的分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of lomerizine hydrochloride tablets. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The column was Lichro spher RP18. The mobile phase is acetonitrile water (containing 0.2% triethylamine and phosphoric acid to adjust pH to 6.5) (70:30). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results: There was no interference with the tablet assay. Lomerizine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2.14 8 ~ 5 3.70 μg · mL-1 with an average recovery of 99.98% (n = 9) The relative standard deviation of the sexual testing was 0.35% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is specific, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the analysis of tablets and capsules.
