DGS,即缺陷地结构,它是近年来提出的在微波平面电路接地板上刻蚀出非周期形状的结构,DGS单元结构在某些频段有带阻和低通滤波的特性。本文针对圆形DGS单元进行分析,讨论了尺寸对频率特性的影响,并对其进行改进,提出了一种环形DSG结构,这种结构具有更加陡峭的幅频特性。利用这种环形结构和H形DGS结构设计了一个微带低通滤波器,从仿真结果来看这种滤波器与传统的低通滤波器相比有结构简单,尺寸小,抑制寄生通带,带宽宽,插损低的优点。
DGS, which is a defect structure, is a structure proposed in recent years to etch a non-periodic shape on the ground plane of a microwave planar circuit. The DGS cell structure has band-stop and low-pass filter characteristics in some frequency bands. In this paper, the circular DGS unit is analyzed, the influence of the size on the frequency characteristics is discussed, and the improvement is made. A ring-shaped DSG structure is proposed, which has a steeper amplitude-frequency characteristic. A microstrip low-pass filter is designed by using the ring structure and the H-shaped DGS structure. Compared with the traditional low-pass filter, the filter has the advantages of simple structure, small size and suppression of parasitic passband, Wide bandwidth, low insertion loss advantages.
