甲壳动物免疫学研究进展表明其免疫系统与脊椎动物不同,无特异性免疫,以非特异性免疫为主。体液中一般认为不具有免疫球蛋白,无抗体介导的免疫反应,体液免疫反应主要依靠血淋巴中的一些酶(如溶菌酶、酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶等)、免疫因子(如凝集素、溶血素等)以及调节因子如酚氧化酶原激活系统等。本文试图对甲壳动物体液免疫中的免疫因子、免疫相关酶的研究情况进行概要的综述,以期为甲壳动物的免疫学研究提供参考。
Advances in crustacean immunology research show that the immune system is different from vertebrates, non-specific immunity, non-specific immunization based.
