目的观察150g正畸力牵引对尖牙远中移动不同受力时间牙髓血液循环和血氧饱和度的影响。方法应用脉搏血氧仪测定48例96颗恒上颌尖牙于正畸治疗前和以150g正畸力牵引治疗1、7、14、21、28d时的牙髓血氧饱和度,观察不同时间点上颌尖牙牙髓血氧饱和度水平差异。结果加力前及加力1、28d时血氧饱和度水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各时间点牙髓血氧饱和度水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);加力1d后上颌尖牙牙髓血氧饱和度开始降低,7d时最低,之后逐渐升高,28d时恢复至加力前水平。结论脉搏血氧测定法可用于观察持续正畸力牵引引起的牙髓血氧饱和度的变化。
Objective To observe the effect of 150g orthodontic force traction on pulp blood circulation and oxygen saturation in distal canines with different stress. Methods The pulse oximetry was used to measure the oxygen saturation of pulp in 48 patients with 96 maxillary canines before orthodontic treatment and 150g orthodontic force traction for 1,7,14,21 and 28 days. The maxillary canine dental pulp oxygen saturation level difference. Results There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation level between pre-stress and post-stressing 1,28 days (P> 0.05), while the rest of the time points had statistically significant difference (P <0.01) After 1 day, maxillary canine dental pulp oxygen saturation began to decrease, the lowest at 7d, then gradually increased, restored to pre-stress level 28d. Conclusion Pulse oximetry can be used to observe the change of pulp oxygen saturation caused by continuous orthodontic force traction.
