帆板运动是指运动员驾驶无舵及无座舱船只,借助风力摇动风帆驱使船只向前行进的一项水上运动。在比赛中,全程摇帆对运动员的体能和力量的要求非常高,因此就要求运动员具备良好的核心力量素质。核心力量训练是整个力量训练及体能训练的基础,更是运动员取得优异成绩的关键影响因素。本文从青少年的生理特点、核心力量训练的相关概念以及青少年帆板运动员核心力量训练的方法手段及作用三方面进行论述,旨在为一线的青少年帆板运动员核心力量训练提供一些有益的参考。
Windsurfing refers to a water sport in which an athlete drives a rudder-less and non-cockpit vessel and winds the sails to propel the vessel forward. In the game, the whole process of sailing on the athlete’s physical and strength requirements are very high, therefore requiring athletes have a good core strength quality. Core strength training is the basis of the entire strength training and physical training, but also the key influencing factors for athletes to achieve excellent results. This article discusses the physical characteristics of adolescents, the related concepts of core strength training and the means and functions of the core force training of juvenile windsurfing athletes to provide some useful references for the core strength training of frontline juvenile windsurfing athletes.
