本文探索了抗菌素对血清杀菌活性、溶菌酶和补体反应、白血球吞噬作用以及唾液中溶菌酶活性的影响问题。共观察5S人和120只家兔。家兔试验表明,给予一次注射苄基青霉素钾盐(肌肉注射0.5%奴佛卡因溶液,按每公斤体重5000~20000单位)后,血中溶菌酶的数量明显下降,于重复注射后,下降更为显著,且出现的时间也早。停药后28天,溶菌酶活性才恢复到原来水平,而对照组动物(注射奴佛卡因液,一天2次)则未见此种变化。
This article explored the impact of antibiotics on serum bactericidal activity, lysozyme and complement reactions, phagocytosis of leucocytes, and lysozyme activity in saliva. A total of 5S and 120 rabbits were observed. Rabbit trials have shown that the number of lysozyme in blood drops significantly after administration of a single injection of benzylpenicillin potassium (intramuscular injection of 0.5% novocaine solution at 5000 to 20,000 units per kilogram of body weight) and drops after repeated injections More significant, and the time appears early. Lysozyme activity was restored to its original level 28 days after discontinuation of treatment, whereas no change was observed in control animals (injection of flakocaine twice a day).
