青光眼和白内障都是目前我国主要的致盲眼病。在同一眼内,青光眼合并白内障的病例日益增多。过去我们对这种患者,通常先作抗青光眼术,待青光眼控制,伤口愈合后再作白内障摘除术。从1981年10月以来,我们对青光眼合并白内障的病例,一次施行青光眼与白内障联合手术,至1985年11月四年中,共作了17例(18只眼)。现将临床资料整理报道如下。一、临床资料 1.一般情况: (1)性别、年龄与眼别:本组17例中,男4例(23.5％)4只眼,女13例(76.5％)14只眼。年龄20～84岁,平均64.3岁,60岁以上14例占82.4％。左右眼各8例,双眼1例,共18只病眼。 (2)疾病性质与类型:老年性白内障膨胀期合并急性闭角型青光眼8只眼、合并混合性青光眼1只眼、过熟期合并晶状体溶解性青光
Glaucoma and cataracts are the main causes of blindness in our country. In the same eye, glaucoma is associated with an increasing number of cataracts. In the past, we used to treat glaucoma in this type of patient. After glaucoma was controlled, cataract extraction was performed after the wound was healed.
