本文报导动物吸入苯肼蒸气的毒性作用。小鼠 LD_(50)和 LG_(50)分别为166±14mg/kg和2.12±0.35mg/l,大鼠为180±8mg/kg和2.61±0.37mg/l;Lim_(ac)0.1mg/l,Z_(ac)26。根据 LD_(50)和 LG_(50),苯肼属于高毒物质,按Z_(ac)则为中等危险化合物。用等法测定苯肼蓄积系数为0.80(0.73~0.88),表明苯肼有蓄积作用。急性苯肼中毒的临床症状特点是呼吸紊乱和类似其他正铁血红蛋白形成剂作用一样。50%苯肼溶液引起兔眼粘膜化脓性结膜炎。
This article reports the toxic effects of animal inhaled phenylhydrazine vapor. 166 ± 14 mg / kg and 2.12 ± 0.35 mg / l for mice and 180 ± 8 mg / kg and 2.61 ± 0.37 mg / l for rats and 50 mg / l for Lim_ (ac) , Z_ (ac) 26. The equivalent coefficient of determination of phenylhydrazine was 0.80 (0.73 ~ 0.88), indicating that Phenylhydrazine had an accumulation effect. The clinical symptoms of acute phenylhydrazine intoxication are characterized by the same disordered breathing as other methemoglobin forming agents. 50% phenylhydrazine solution caused mucosal purulent conjunctivitis in rabbit eyes.
