本文目的在于研究乳腺癌患者辐射治疗前后甲状腺素、垂体激素、胰岛素的改变.材料和方法67例Ⅱ~Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者;其中49例为更年期,18例为育龄期.辐射治疗前和治疗后的1~2天,利用放射免疫药盒研究TSH、T_4、T_3、胰岛素及垂体亲体细胞激素水平.增加激素治疗者为18例更年期Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者,在辐射治疗过程每日服用0.2克甲状腺素片.讨论研究结果表明,Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者TSH 较正常组为低,所有的患者T_3水平低而T_4水平正常.说明T_4转换T_3的外周代谢产生障碍.育龄Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者在辐射治疗以后,激素的水平未见明显改变,而
