用外循环无梯度反应器研究了MoBi/SiO_2催化剂上的丁烯-1(B-1)氧化脱氢动力学。水分压在0.39—0.60大气压之同对丁烯-1氧化脱氢速度及丁二烯(D)选择性无影响。试验结果用二步骤Redox机理动力学方程描述.丁烯-1的反应级数m随反应温度升高而增加,而氧的反应级数n反而下降,而且m+n≠1.用上述Redox机理动力学方程解释了反应级数变化的原因.
The kinetics of the oxidative dehydrogenation of butene-1 (B-1) over MoBi / SiO 2 catalysts was investigated using an external loop gradientless reactor. Water pressure at 0.39-0.60 atm has no effect on the rate of oxidative dehydrogenation of butene-1 and butadiene (D) selectivity. The experimental results are described by a two-step Redox kinetic equation.The reaction order, m, of butene-1 increases with increasing reaction temperature, whereas the reaction order n of oxygen decreases but m + n ≠ 1. With the Redox mechanism The kinetic equation explains the reason for the change in reaction order.
