大豆(Tachisuzunari)陈种子的发芽率低于新种子,表明根尖顶端分生组织有丝分裂指数降低和第一次细胞分裂的推迟。用聚丙烯酰胺电泳法分离,来测定大豆陈种子中tRNA的减少。处理可以提高陈种子的发芽率及第一次细胞分裂的频率。6—BAP也可以增加陈种子胚中tRNA的含量。6—BAP减少陈种子萌发期间增加的RNA滤取量。
The seeds of Tachisuzunari seeds were less germinated than the new seeds, indicating a decrease in the mitotic index of apical meristems and a delay in the first cell division. Polyacrylamide electrophoresis was used to determine the reduction of tRNA in Soybean seeds. Treatment can increase the germination rate of Chen seeds and the frequency of the first cell division. 6-BAP can also increase tRNA content in seed embryos. 6-BAP reduces the amount of RNA filtered during germination of Chen seeds.
