本实验应用自制心脏射频治疗仪,频率选择750KHz,输出形式为非调制正弦波形,连续输出,功率10~30W.仪器两极分别接左侧胸金属极板和USCI(6F或7F)普通电极导管.8只成年杂种犬静脉麻醉后气管插管.经皮股静脉穿刺法置入三根电极导管,分别位于高位右房、希氏束及右室尖部.术前常规电生理检查.以希氏束导管远端二极结合单极记录最大希氏束电位后,调整导管以保持较大的房室波(A/V)比例,于末端电极放电.一旦犬出现完全性房室传导阻滞(CAVB).再追加放电2次,以巩固效果.实验犬分别于急性期(0~14小时)或慢性期(3~4周)处死,除观察心脏大体所见外,其中6只犬采用连续切片方法进行了传导系统组织病理研究.
