目的探讨膀胱癌术后行化疗药物膀胱灌注的护理方法。方法 30例在膀胱癌术后采用化疗药物进行灌注治疗的膀胱癌患者,从灌注前准备、灌注中护理、灌注后护理以及健康教育几个方面对其实施系统的护理,观察护理效果。结果 30例患者经化疗药物膀胱灌注后,2例出现尿路感染,不良反应几率为6.7%。随访2年,3个月内复发1例,1年内复发1例,2年内复发3例,其中1例出现二次复发,总复发几率为16.7%。结论针对膀胱癌术后行化疗药物膀胱灌注治疗的患者实施有效的护理可以降低复发率,提高治疗效果,临床应用价值较大。
Objective To investigate the nursing of bladder cancer after bladder cancer chemotherapy. Methods Thirty patients with bladder cancer who were treated with chemotherapeutic drugs after bladder cancer surgery were given systematic nursing care from the aspects of pre-perfusion preparation, perfusion nursing, post-infusion nursing and health education, and the nursing effect was observed. Results Urinary tract infection was found in 2 cases of bladder cancer after chemoembolization in 30 patients. The risk of adverse reactions was 6.7%. Followed up for 2 years, 1 case recurred in 3 months, 1 case recurred in 1 year and 3 cases recurred in 2 years. One case had secondary recurrence, the total recurrence rate was 16.7%. Conclusions Effective nursing care for bladder cancer patients undergoing bladder irrigation after bladder cancer surgery can reduce the recurrence rate and improve the therapeutic effect, which has great clinical value.
