目的:对本院2015年1月—2015年6月临床各科室送检的住院患者晨尿标本,经尿液分析仪检测结果为阴性的1 256例标本进行人工显微镜镜检,探讨Uritest-200B尿液分析仪检测尿液假阴性问题。方法:收集2015年1月—2015年6月份本院住院患者送检的晨尿标本,采用Uritest-200B尿液分析仪干化学法和手工显微镜镜检。结果:1 256例尿液分析仪测定结果全部阴性的尿液标本中镜检检出一定比例的白细胞、红细胞、管型、结晶及其他有形成分。结论:尿液分析仪测定应该与手工镜检相结合,对仪器测定为阳性或者阴性的尿液标本在条件允许的情况下应全部做尿沉渣镜检,以免漏检。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a microscopic examination of 1 256 specimens of in-patient morning urine collected from clinical departments of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 and negative by urine analyzer, and to investigate the effect of Uritest-200B Urine analyzer detects urine false negatives. Methods: Morning urine samples from hospitalized patients in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were collected. Uritest-200B urine analyzer was used for dry chemistry and manual microscopy. Results: A total of 1 256 urinalysis samples were negatively detected by urine microscopy. A certain percentage of leucocytes, erythrocytes, tubes, crystals and other tangible components were detected by microscopic examination. Conclusion: The urine analyzer should be combined with manual microscopic examination. Urine specimens with positive or negative results should be completely examined by urine sediment to avoid undetected.
