探讨了轮式装载机线控转向系统,并结合直驱液压设计了新型线控转向系统。该线控转向系统用液压马达代替转向缸,以伺服电动机作为原动机达到了节能增效的目的。在Simulink环境下建立了线控转向系统模型并进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:在负载一定变化范围内,方向盘的转速可直接控制转向缸的转速,从而达到安全驾驶的目的。
This paper discusses the wheel loader steer-by-wire steering system and designs a new steer-by-wire steering system based on the direct drive hydraulic system. The steer-by-wire system replaces the steering cylinder with a hydraulic motor and achieves the goal of energy saving and efficiency with the servo motor as the prime mover. In the Simulink environment, a steer-by-wire steering system model is established and simulated. The simulation results show that the steering wheel speed can directly control the rotation speed of the steering cylinder within a certain range of load, so as to achieve the purpose of safe driving.
