目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定天竺黄中5种无机元素含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定3种天竺黄、一种合成天竺黄以及一种竹黄中K、Mg、Mn、Ca、Fe含量。结果各元素含量测定方法线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9991,回收率(n=6)均在93.8%~102.9%之间,重复性、稳定性符合相关要求。不同产地天竺黄中无机元素含量分布趋势相似,均为K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Mn,合成天竺黄及竹黄中无机元素分布与天竺黄不同。结论所建立的天竺黄中无机元素FAAS测定方法准确、稳定、可靠,可为天竺黄质量控制及资源开发提供参考。
Objective To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) for determination of five inorganic elements in. Methods Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of K, Mg, Mn, Ca and Fe in three kinds of Tianzhuhuang, one kind of synthetic Tianzhuhuang and one kind of bamboo yellow. Results The linearity of each element was good. The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9991. The recoveries (n = 6) ranged from 93.8% to 102.9%. The repeatability and stability were in accordance with the relevant requirements. The distribution of inorganic elements in Tianzhuhuang from different habitats showed similar trend, with K> Ca> Fe> Mg> Mn. The distribution of inorganic elements in Tianzhuhuang and Zhuhuang was different from that of Tianzhuhuang. Conclusion The established FAAS method for determination of inorganic elements in Tianzhuhuang is accurate, stable and reliable, which can provide reference for the quality control and resource development of Tianzhuhuang.
