2011年2月份，全国通用水泥平均出厂价格结束了持续6个月的快速上涨历程，当月全国通用水泥（以下简称水泥）平均出厂价格每吨322元，比1月份下降5元。去年8月至今年1月份，全国水泥出厂价格平均每吨上涨了60元。2011年水泥价格走势，为生产企业、水泥经销商、水泥用户及价格监管部门各方面所关注。
