为了保证企业健康、快速、可持续发展,鼓励经营者追求企业长远利益和长远发展,对经营者的考核做到年度考核和任期考核相结合、结果考核与过程评价相统一、业绩考核与奖惩紧密挂钩,重点研究了经营者的薪酬与经营利润、净资产收益率、销售回款率、资产保值增值率、主营业务收入平均增长率、本单位职工平均工资等指标挂钩确定的收入模式,该收入模式主要分为年度经营报酬和任期经营报酬,同时为了参考市场价值指标,提出了中长期激励。
In order to ensure the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of the enterprise, operators are encouraged to pursue the long-term interests and long-term development of the enterprise. The annual evaluation and tenure evaluation of the operators are combined. The results of evaluation are consistent with the evaluation of the process. This paper focuses on the income model which is determined by linking the managers’ remuneration with operating profit, return on net assets, sales return rate, the rate of increase and increase of assets, the average growth rate of main business income, and the average wage of employees in the unit. The revenue model is mainly divided into annual operating compensation and term management compensation. In the meantime, in order to refer to the market value indicators, the medium and long-term incentives are proposed.
