“三个代表”重要思想是全面加强党的建设的伟大纲领,必须把“三个代表”重要思想贯穿于党的建设的全过程,落实到党的建设的各个方面。政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素。我党是执政党,建设好各级领导班子,关键是要增强领导班子成员实践“三个代表”的能力。江泽民同志在十六大报告中指出:“党员干部特别是高中级干部要带头学习和实践‘三个代表’重要思想,成为勤奋学习、善于思考的模范,解放思想、与时俱进的模范,勇于实践、锐意创新的模范。”在前不久召开的全国组织工作会议上,胡锦涛总书记就领导干部如何做学习和实践“三个代表”重要思想的表率,提出了“牢记使命、勤奋工作,坚持宗旨、执政为民,改进作风、求真务实,加强学习、与时俱进”四点要求。我们要紧紧抓住21世纪头20年这个重要战略机遇期,保证我省与全国同步实现全面建设小康社会的目标,就必须按照“三个代表”的要求加强各级领导班子建设,把干部队伍建设提高到一个新的水平。一、“三个代表”重要思想指明了新时期干部队伍建设的根本方向和目标
