目的探讨自体脂肪移植在鼓膜修补中的适应证及疗效。方法对43例(43耳)鼓膜穿孔患者,采用耳内镜下自体脂肪移植鼓膜修补术,其中大穿孔10例,中、小穿孔33例,术后对患者的疗效进行观察分析。结果全部患者术后随访6个月~1年,发现中、小穿孔疗效明显。结论自体脂肪移植鼓膜修补术适用于中、小鼓膜穿孔,是一种理想的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the indications and curative effects of autologous fat transplantation in tympanic membrane repair. Methods Forty-three patients (43 ears) with tympanic membrane perforation underwent endoscopic autologous fat graft repair. Among them, 10 were large perforation and 33 were middle and small perforation. The therapeutic effect was observed and analyzed after operation. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year, found that small and medium perforation obvious effect. Conclusion Autologous fat graft tympanic membrane repair is suitable for middle and small tympanic membrane perforation, which is an ideal surgical method.
