目的调查洛阳市城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,以提出预防对策。结果用WHO生物测定法,测定敏感品系和现场淡色库蚊4龄幼虫对杀虫剂的敏感性及抗性。结果洛阳市城区淡色库蚊对双硫磷、仲丁威、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯等的相对抗性倍数分别为11.63、1.94、2.69、22.94和19.62。结论洛阳市城区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂均已产生抗药性。今后应结合当地情况,科学、合理地使用杀虫剂,预防和减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To investigate the status quo of resistance to commonly used insecticides in Culex pipiens pallens in Luoyang city, and to put forward preventive measures. Results The WHO bioassay was used to determine the susceptibility and resistance of 4th instar larvae of susceptible strains and Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides. Results The relative resistance multiples of Culex pipiens pallens in urban area of Luoyang to Tenebate, Cimetidine, Permethrin, Deltamethrin and Beta-cypermethrin were 11.63, 1.94, 2.69, 22.94 and 19.62, respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens in Luoyang city have been resistant to commonly used insecticides. In the future, pesticides should be used scientifically and reasonably in light of the local conditions to prevent and slow down the emergence of drug resistance.
