为了评价天然气输送管道热弯钢管腐蚀缺陷的完整性,分别对热弯钢管及含腐蚀热弯钢管进行了有限元分析(FEA)。对热弯钢管有限元分析的结果表明,应变在拉伸区域轴向为正值,在压缩区域轴向为负值,而径向应变分布却与此相反,且钢管的壁厚和应变与弯曲角无关。通过对不同壁厚、平均壁厚、含对称腐蚀缺陷以及含非对称腐蚀缺陷热弯钢管爆破压力的预测及对比,得出了将弯曲系数和平均壁厚引入用于直钢管完整性评价的PCORRC方程,可以合理预测出有腐蚀缺陷热弯钢管的爆破压力的结论。
