千岛湖1#特大桥是一座上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,主拱净跨径为252m,主拱肋架设采用缆索吊装斜拉扣挂施工。文章主要介绍对该桥拱轴系数、拱肋桁架尺寸、拱肋钢管壁厚等参数的优化设计,结合本桥情况可知,合理选择拱轴系数,对上下弦杆受力至关重要;对于坦拱,在净跨径、净矢跨比保持不变的情况下,改变桁架高度,对钢管应力的影响敏感性不大;收缩徐变参数对钢管应力的影响较大,以期为同类工程提供参考。
Qiandaohu 1 # super-bridge is a through-type CFST arch bridge, the main span of the net span of 252m, the main arch rib erection using cable-stayed cable-stayed buckle hanging construction. In this paper, the optimal design of parameters such as the arch axis coefficient, the arch truss size, the arch rib wall thickness and other parameters are mainly introduced. According to the situation of this bridge, it is very important to choose the arch axis coefficient reasonably and to stress the upper and lower chords. Arch, in the net span, net sag ratio remains unchanged under the condition of changing the truss height, the sensitivity of the steel stress is not significant; shrinkage and creep parameters of the greater impact on the steel pipe, with a view to providing reference for similar projects .
