以稀酸矿粉法制备过磷酸钙,通过正交实验研究了最佳工艺条件,并探讨了硫酸和磷酸溶液对牛粪降解的影响。结果表明,利用牛粪制备含有机质过磷酸钙的优惠工艺条件为:牛粪细度0.355 mm,添加量为磷矿粉的10%,添加时间为矿粉和硫酸混合期;硫酸溶液w(H2SO4)65%,用量为理论值的110%;搅拌转速500 r/min;反应时间15 min。该条件下鲜肥磷矿转化率为83.9%,并且硫酸和磷酸对牛粪的降解无显著性影响。
The preparation of superphosphate by dilute acid ores method was studied by orthogonal experiment. The effects of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid solution on the degradation of cow dung were also discussed. The results showed that the preferential conditions for the preparation of organic superphosphate containing cow dung were as follows: the cow dung weight was 0.355 mm, the adding amount was 10% of the phosphate rock powder, the adding time was the mixture of mineral powder and sulfuric acid; the sulfuric acid solution w (H2SO4 ) 65%, the dosage of 110% of the theoretical value; stirring speed 500 r / min; reaction time 15 min. Under this condition, the conversion of fresh-fat phosphate rock is 83.9%, and the degradation of cow dung by sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid has no significant effect.
